WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, items can be exchanged for another, item within 15 days of receipt to: PO BOX 641 WA 6922. Australia.
For hygiene reasons we do not exchange earrings.
Please note it may take up to 28 days for an exchange or return via Australia Post to be processed.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
- Please choose carefully as we cannot offer a refund for change of mind*purchases.
- We cannot refund for any purchases that were custom made to order.

*In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you do not have a right to return a product if you:
- changed your mind
- ordered the wrong product
- found the product cheaper elsewhere
- found a better product elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product
- damaged the product by misusing it used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
